The co-creator of Call of Duty, the mind behind the globally famous video game Call of Duty, has passed away in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California at the age of 55.

The tragic news was verified by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the video game company he co-founded.

The influential game designer died after his vehicle was involved in a crash and caught fire on a highway in LA on Sunday, as reported by.
